Local Pickup Policy

LIME LLC  LOCAL PICKUP POLICY 

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO JUNETEENTH T-SHIRT AND TUMBLERS ONLY.

PICKUP NOTIFICATION: Once your order is ready you will be contacted via email or phone to schedule your pickup time and location. Pickup is available at a safe public location in the Atlanta, Stone Mountain and Decatur Georgia area.

JUNETEENTH T-SHIRTS AND TUMBLERS 2026 ORDER DEADLINE: Last day to place a order is Wednesday, June 17th by midnight. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for pickup. No exceptions.

PICKUP WINDOW: Customers have 48 hours from the time their pickup notification is sent to claim their order. If you do not pick up your order within 48 hours of notification you will forfeit your order and no refund will be issued.

RESCHEDULING POLICY: Need to reschedule your pickup? A $5.00 rescheduling fee applies to all pickup time changes. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Same day reschedule requests are subject to availability. Rescheduling fee must be paid before a new pickup time is confirmed.

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Bring your order confirmation number ✅ Valid ID may be required ✅ Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order unless prior arrangements have been made in writing

PHOTO POLICY: All orders that have personal photos require a clear high resolution photo upload at checkout. Minimum 1000x1500 pixels recommended. LIME LLC is not responsible for blurry or low quality results caused by low resolution photo submissions. No refunds will be issued for poor print quality resulting from low resolution photos submitted by the customer.

NO SHOW POLICY: Customers who do not arrive within their scheduled pickup window and do not contact us to reschedule will forfeit their order after 48 hours. No refunds will be issued for forfeited orders. A $5.00 rescheduling fee applies if customer contacts us after missing their scheduled pickup window and wishes to arrange a new pickup time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our Mother's Day 2026 products no refunds or exchanges will be issued once your order has been processed and your photo has been approved.
